1:45 PM – Shared Half-Day Lima City Tour: Casa Aliaga, Cathedral & Larco Museum

Our guide will pick you up from your hotel to begin the tour of Lima’s Historic Center. You will start with a visit to Casa Aliaga, a colonial mansion with over five centuries of history, considered the oldest house in the Americas.
Next, you will explore Plaza Mayor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will visit the impressive Lima Cathedral.
Finally, you will visit the Larco Museum, located in the traditional district of Pueblo Libre. The museum features an extensive collection of pre-Hispanic gold and silver artifacts, as well as a selection of erotic art pieces. Here, you will immerse yourself in more than 5,000 years of ancient Peruvian history.
This is a shared tour with other passengers.

DAY 5 | Cusco

12:30 - Shared half-day tour in Cusco to Coricancha, Cathedral, Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay - [Shared]

Enjoy a guided tour of the charming and magical city of Cusco, the ancient capital of the Inca empire. In the company of the group, you will visit the Santo Domingo Convent, located in the ancient temple of Coricancha. Then, you will visit the Cathedral Basilica of the Virgen de la Asunción, the main temple of Cusco. Afterwards, you will explore the Cusco hills, starting with the Fortress of Sacsayhuamán, and then tour the archaeological complex of Qenqo. You will continue with a visit to the military architectural complex of Puca Pucará and the ruins of Tambomachay, also known as the Inca Baths. Finally, you will return to the selected hotel. It should be noted that this tour is shared with other passengers.

The departure time may vary up to 30 minutes due to the shared nature of the service.

The Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC), included in the itinerary, is a personal and non-transferable document that grants access to 16 important attractions in Cusco and its surroundings, such as Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puca Pucará and Tambomachay. It also allows entry to various sites on the Sacred Valley Circuit, such as Ollantaytambo, Pisac, Moray and Chinchero.

DAY 6 | Cusco – Sacred Valley

07:30 - Shared full-day tour to Chinchero, the Yucay Living Museum and Ollantaytambo from/to Cusco - [Shared]

A vehicle will pick you up in the morning to take you to the picturesque town of Chinchero. We will visit its impressive agricultural terraces and the 17th century church, built on an ancient Inca palace. Then, we will stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the landscapes of the Sacred Valley. We will continue with a visit to the Yucay Living Museum, where you can see the creation of textiles, ceramics and silverware using ancestral techniques. You will enjoy a typical lunch in the Sacred Valley. Afterwards, we will visit the Fortress of Ollantaytambo, an important ceremonial center with agricultural terraces that extend through the mountains. At the end of the tour, you will return to the hotel. This tour is shared with other passengers.

*Please note that the pick-up range for this service, being shared, is 30 minutes from the start time. Tourist visits on Sundays include the Chinchero market.

DAY 7 | Sacred Valley – Machu Picchu – Cusco

Shared tour to Machu Picchu with site guide - [Shared]

A transportation will pick you up from your Urubamba hotel (Sacred Valley) and you will be transferred to the Ollantaytambo train station. This transfer is shared with other passengers.

*Please note that, being a shared transfer, the pick-up range is up to 30 minutes.

You will board the Superior at the Ollantaytambo station to the Aguas Calientes station (Machu Picchu Pueblo). Upon arrival at your destination, you will receive assistance.

*You can only carry hand luggage (backpack, bag or briefcase) with a weight not exceeding 8kg/17.6 lb.

Aguas Calientes, located on the slopes of Machu Picchu, offers a vibrant craft market, a variety of restaurants and accommodation options. Just 25 minutes by bus, is Machu Picchu, an impressive feat of engineering and architecture that is believed to have served as a sanctuary and retreat for the Inca Pachacútec. Designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the New Seven Wonders of the Modern World, Machu Picchu, which means "Old Mountain", captivates with its historical splendor and natural majesty. At the end of the visit, you will return by bus to Aguas Calientes to begin your return to Cusco. This tour is shared with other passengers.

(*) From the confirmed entry time to the citadel of Machu Picchu, you will have half an hour to reach the entrance of Machu Picchu Mountain and start your walk.

*Remember to confirm your reservation as soon as possible to proceed with the purchase of tickets in advance due to the limited capacity of the citadel. The selection of the circuit to Machu Picchu and schedule will be made according to availability at the time of confirming the reservation. You will enjoy a delicious lunch menu at the Inkaterra Café with a unique view of the Vilcanota River. This restaurant combines Andean cuisine and architecture with contemporary trends, creating a meal with an original and fusion style.

For the return to the Ollantaytambo station, you will board the Superior train. Each journey will last approximately one and a half hours, and the schedules will be subject to availability.

After your train trip from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, a transportation will be waiting for you at the train station to take you to the selected hotel in the city of Cusco. This transfer will be shared with other passengers.

*Please note that, being a shared transfer, the waiting range from the arrival of the train is up to 30 minutes before departing to Cusco.
